Burnt at the stake

Once upon a time they used to burn freethinkers and call them witches or heretics.....now they stoke a media fire instead, where those who wish to speak their own views are more often than not ridiculed and demonised.

Edit: this has nothing to do with resent events, however it's interesting seeing how people are linking it to them
